# Terms of Use

## 1. Definitions
“Platform/Services” — the EthernaFlow AI services and web platform; “User” — any person using the Services; “Consumer” — a natural person outside professional activity.

## 2. Applicability & changes
Applies to all Users. We may update the Terms by publishing a new version (effective upon publication or date therein).

## 3. Account & age limit
Accurate information is required. Child’s age of consent is 13 (Estonia); processing under 13 requires legal representative’s consent.

## 4. Permitted use & prohibitions
Unlawful content, IP infringement, security circumvention, malware distribution and discriminatory/harmful behaviour are prohibited. If we host UGC, we apply notice-and-action and may restrict access in case of misuse.

## 5. Contract, prices & taxes
The contract is concluded electronically. Prices include VAT; as of 01.07.2025 Estonia: 24%. Where OSS applies, VAT follows destination rules.

## 6. Digital content & withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply after performance begins with explicit consent and acknowledgement of losing that right. The Service is informational and does not replace medical or psychological counselling.

## 7. Payments & billing
Stripe processes payments. Local wallets (Alipay/WeChat/Kakao/GrabPay/FPX/PayNow/PromptPay/GCash) may be offered via Checkout. If a payment fails, provision may be suspended. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled (cancellation instructions in the app/email).

## 8. Availability & maintenance
Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance/security; we aim to keep them reasonably short.

## 9. Intellectual property
Software, design and content (except user content) belong to Delta Invest Group OÜ or licensors. A personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform is granted.

## 10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage (including loss of profit). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain in force.

## 12. Complaints & disputes

## 13. Governing law & jurisdiction
Estonian law; disputes — Harju County Court (subject to consumer-law exceptions).
